We’ve tried to keep our Terms and Conditions as simple and clear as possible, and give you all the information we can (but not too much) about your online transactions so that you completely understand the whole process, from order to delivery. It’s really important to us that your online shopping experience meets expectations, so please spend a few minutes and read on. You’ll need to accept our T’s & C’s every time you make a purchase – they might change from time to time, so do keep checking back.

Prices and payments

As you would expect all our prices are in UK pounds. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge (if any). You’ll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted.

Returns

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it is unused, in original packaging and you arrange for the return of the goods. This option is available up to 14 days after delivery.

Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you arrange return of the goods within 14 working days* from the day after delivery. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging. The product must not have been used.

THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Fragrance

Although our fragrances are intended to smell similar to your favourite designer fragrances, we are in no way affiliated with any of the designer names and do not guarantee that they will smell identical.

As our fragrances are produced in batches we cannot guarantee every batch will smell exactly the same, although each fragrance should smell the same there may be very subtle differences in strength due to minor differences in ingredient amounts.
